Central and convienient This hotel is excellent value.The staff were professional, efficient and friendly. It is located centrally, close to a major transportation hubs and is within walking distance of the ferry terminals pleasure trips. I chose it because I was leaving from the local bus station for a tour following a conference. If you don’t want to spend a fortune on luxury hotels in the vicinity,consider this one. Good location, easy to get to. Close to Hamamatsucho train station. Hamamatsucho train station is on the JR line so good for overseas travelers with a JR rail pass (no need to pay extra for a ride on subway or metro trains). Staff were friendly and very helpful and some could speak English very well.

Good hotel for the price. Overall a good hotel for Tokyo for the price. It is a bit of a hike to a train station (Hamamatsucho is the closest), but all in all not a bad location. Very central and you are no more than 15-20 minutes from all the key sites in Tokyo.

Good location (walking distance to subway) and great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms small but efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay, location is very good, less then 10 min walk from the JR station,who is on the Yomote line connecting all the main stations in Tokyo, very easy to visit Tokyo and connecting to the Narita Express and the Shinkansen. We stayed 9 days at the hotel and the room was always very clean, there is a very good Italian restaurant with very friendly personnel. Breakfast is also good with a good choice in Japanese and western breakfast. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Very conveniently located near metro station to any directions in Tokyo. Reasonable price for business traveller with internet access in the room. Room size is rather small, but it's well maintained and kept clean.

Location is excellect PROVIDED travelling with HAND CARRIED BAGS only. Easy to locate the hotel by simnply using the bridge at JR Hamamatsu-cho Station, exit no.2. Please do not bring heavy luggages as there is no ELEVATOR and ESCALATOR accessing up and down the bridge.
