Good stay in Chisun Hotel The hotel room covered our needs. I have a suggestion regarding the laundry machine if it is possible to add a soap machine to wash the cloths instead baying the detergent. As a foreigner I did not know if I bought the correct detergent. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Do not travel with a big suitcase.

The hotel was very nice clean, and the staff were curteous and friendly. The location was near to the TBS building and Akasaka 'entertainment' district, which really didn't have any entertainment - some quiet restaurants and patchino halls. The room was nice and clean, albeit very small, and very comfortable.

enjoyed our stay The hotel is definitely on the small side for 2 people with large bags, but it is very new and clean which makes up for that. The maid does a very thorough job cleaning the room and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The room has everything you need (IE toiletries and pajamas/ slippers) so that helps in minimizing your luggage. The location was decent. It was in the business area of Asakusa so was a bit quieter on the street but was right next to 2 subway exits (#6 and 7) which makes it extremely convenient since we were exploring all of the various districts in Tokyo anyways. The only minor down side was that these 2 exits closed at 22:00 so you had a slightly longer walk at night if you us exit#2 (about 300m). In summary, I would reccomend this place if you are on a budget and plan on exploring Tokyo’s various districts rather than staying in 1 area. Also a little tid bit about the districts I enjoyed most and why: 1) Asukusa is not to be missed. The temple is close to the subway line and is a fun place to sample street vendor’s snack foods and buy souvenirs. 2) Daiba aka Odaiba is a fun afternoon. It is a bit on the touristy side but def. worth the time. Has great picture opportunities and shopping for Ninja shoes at VenusFort’s Sou Sou shop! 3) Akihabra is great for souvenir shopping at the many Laox shops. 4) Shibuya has great shopping (clothes/ bags) as well. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay We had a 10 night stay in Japan where we split our time up between Tokyo and Osaka. The hotel was nice enough to hold our bags for 4 nights while we were away in Osaka which saved us cash and the hassel of using the train station’s coin lockers.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, would use again. Turn right when leaving the hotel and walk down past McDonald's. Cross the road at the traffic lights, and you're in restaurant central. Check out some of the alleyways, where excellent noodle bars and pubs are hidden.

personally, i think its a good location. although, the subway is not as perfect as Otemachi Line, but then its easily accessible. Only thing is there's nothing to do at night. overall, its a clean and accessible hotel. the staff provides excellent service.

in all, a good experience. convenient to public transportation. plenty of dining options close by. the room was small but, considering, that's to be expected.

Convenient location and the room in the new building was new and clean. Service was great as was roomkeeping. Room's a bit small and there aren't many facilities but should be good enough to stay if you are only there to sleep at night! Reasonably priced for a prime location.

Excellent value for the price and location. Very close to Akasaka station, which offers easy access to shopping districts Harajuku, Shinjuku and Shibuya. Room is standard Japanese fare, utilitarianisticly small yet extremely neat and well seat up. Also across the road from TBS TV station (you may see some celebs) and Akasaka Sakusu which offers a lot of recognisable foods for foreign travellers if you are feeling a bit 'adventured out'
