We (a family of 5) stayed 4 nights. The hotel is very convenient and has a fantastic view over Tokyo. unfortunately our request of room on hight floor was ignored. restriction for the use of swimming pool was bad news.

Our family (2 adults + 2 kids age 6 & 8) stayed 4 nights at Cerulean Tower from 9 June. The Airport Limousine took us from Narita Airport straight to the hotel. We were greeted by polite and helpful employees the moment we stepped into the hotel. The room was clean, just the right size for our family and offered great view. I am particularly impressed by the size of the toilet. The hotel is just 5 mins walk from the Shibuya JR train station and the main shopping area of Shibuya. There are also all kinds of reastaurant nearby. Although this is more of a business hotel (pools only for age 18 and above), my family really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is relatively new (6 years) and my room is very clean. The hotel employees are proficient in Engllish and very willing to help. I will definitely choose to stay at Cerulean Tower again.

Perfect location in the heart of Shibuya. Big size room considered Japanese's usual small space, clean bathroom. Convenient airport limo bus at hotel door step. My room get a panoramic window facing mountain Fuji !!!!

Comfortable and enjoyable hotel I stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed the hotel. Most staff spoke some Engish, were very courteous, and I found it to be a good value. The room I had was very large, and the bathroom was incredible. Beyond the bidet/bum washing toilet, it had a full size bath and a large shower that doubled as an enclosure for the bath. while it may have been a step below a luxury hotel in look and amentities, the general service level of the staff matched the level of staff at an American luxury hotel. It was centrally located, and was easy to get to many different parts of Tokyo on the metro.

Hotel is good location is terrible I think I will stay in Odaiba on my next trip. Cos fresh air there I love it .Aircon does not work well seems no air in the midnight, bathroom is too small, triple room looks like twin with extra bed ,its not a good deal, the view is wonderful.and the staffs give very good service. One thing is out of my expectation was they provide facial cleanser lotion and cream that was really terrific. anyway it is the best choice in Shibuya.

I have been to Tokyo for 4 times and this is the best Hotel so far for its excellent service and location. To Shibuya and JR Shibuya station is just a stone's throw away. There are convenient stores and small restaurants right outside the hotel. I managed to shop around Shibuya, Harajuku, Omotesando and Aoyama in 2 days without a sweat! To benefit from the location, i took a cab from Aoyama to the hotel (with many shopping bags!) and it only cost me around US10. A trip to Park Hyatt New york grill which is in Harajuku cost around US18. Which is relatively cheap. The room size is quite spacious for a tokyo business hotel, clean but design is slightly dated. I will recommend this hotel for travellers with no budget contraint. However, if you are seekig for a stress free navigation in Tokyo. This is truely the best choice!

Hotel is clean with breathtaking views of Tokyo, large rooms with exceptional large and deep tubs. Close to Shibuya train station. Downside there is a twenty dollar charge for the use of the gym - and we are not talking LA Sports club nice.

Great hotel. Great bathroom and shower. Room is larger than normal for Tokyo. Staff was extremly friendly and very helpful. I did not like the bed and pillows. They were both too firm.
