Great, central location, just walking distance to major shopping malls and restaurants.

Great Location of this hotel. Right across from the Times Square Shopping Complex, with Takashimaya Dept Store, Tokyu Hands, Sega Game City, HMV, and Kinokuniya Book Store. The footbrige across the rail track is built as if it is just for one to access the Times Square.

Century Southern Tower is a great hotel for both location and room size!The room was big for Japan, all is super-clean and the hotel gives the impression to be very new. Breakfast has a large choice and all is fresh and good quality. I had a great view from my room, I could see all of Tokyo! The JR line is just outside the hotel and also is the Toei line, but Tokyo metro needs a 5 minute walk. The location is great and I can say this hotel is the best I could get in Tokyo.

Room rate should be reduced so that breakfast is not included. If such required, additional cost to be charged.

fantstic service, helpfull and food at the restaurant Tribeks was wonderfull stay here or you will be sorry the rooms are large for Japan and it is right across the way from Times Square the best shop ever been to

The hotel is simply excellent. The location is ideal, close to shops, transport and the Shinjuku gardens. The rooms were comfortable and the service excellent.

The hotel is easy to get too. After a long haul flight from the U.S. just get on the express train and about 75mins later you're at the entrance of the hotel. To call the front desk staffs helpfull will be an understatement. The rooms are clean and spacious. Lastly,lets not forget about the view.I have no dislike about this hotel at all.

As in most Japanese hotels, single travellers get considerably smaller rooms. However, the bed is spacious and extremely comfortable, there is desk space to work (with complimentary internet access) and on this trip I had a room with a lovely view facing east over Shinjuku Gyoen Park. Shopping is easy as just across the rail bridge is the excellent Tokyu Hands store and a large branch of Takashimaya, The hotel's location is one of its prime features, being only two minutes walk away from the new JR Shinjuku station entrance and therefore very close to the Narita Express platform. The frequency of the airport limousine bus has also been increased.

Good room size even with an extra bed for our son. Very clean. Helpful staff.

Great hotel in the midst of all the excitement. Location across from JR station makes airport & city transportation very easy. Good, reasonable Italian restaurant in building, not part of hotel.
