The staff at the Hotel are very friendly and always willing to help when needed. The rooms are clean, however most may find them to be quite small, especially the bathroom. Complimentary water bottles are a delightful gesture after a long day of shopping and sight seeing. The location is great. 15min walk to Roppongi and a touch longer to walk to Shibuya or Harajuku. Aoyama Itchome train station is a quick 10min walk and very convenient. Not many taxi drivers new the name or location of the hotel though, so be sure to pick up a map from the front desk and keep it with you at all times! (it is written in both English & Japanese). Overall I was pleased with this Hotel - it caters well to the budget traveller or those travelling in times of poor economic foreign exchange.

2nd stay here, great location for getting around with Metro stations only a few minutes walk. Friendly helpful staff coupled with a very clean hotel makes this a great place to stay. Not Palatial but great value for money. Seymour.UK.

Hotel staff is friendly n speak understandable english. Room is clean but a bit clamp. Overall good value for money.

Visited in September 2003, very hot n humid time! Lucky they had A/C. This excellent business hotel (well, only business hotel that I have stayed at), some sections are a bit older, but another wing is more modern has a most graceous and courteous staff! Rooms are extremely reasonable by Tokyo standards! It's a gem, since the rooms maybe a bit spartan, but at the same time, very functional. My room had a lunchbox style (Self-contained)bathroom, with western style Shower and japnanese style bathtub combo. This place is located in a very quiet area, so that it might be a bit hard to find at night if you are coming off the subway with your suitcases in tow!

We stayed for 4 nights in February and booked a triple room not twin with extra bed which we were checked into. The hotel staff were very understanding and moved us into the correct room for the last 2 nights of our stay.The rooms are quite large even for western standards. Would definatley recommend this hotel especially the triple room but make sure you get what you pay for before you arrive.The staff also speak very good english and are very helpful. Not many restuarants in the area though with an english menu and they dont speak engish either which made it a bit hard eating out.Overall a very pleasant stay for first timers in Japan.

Overall an enjoyable stay. Service is good and hotel was clean. Rooms are a bit small for three people but can't expect much for the price paid. Excellent for budget travelers looking for a nice quiet upscale area.

Good hotel on a quiet street but only a short walk from the subway and Roppongi. The hotel was expensive for a small room - but that is tokyo.

I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms are small, but you can't beat the price. It is very clean, with helpful staff. In 2000, it looked more like a dormitory, but has been remodeled (and raised prices a bit) and now looks like a stylish hotel. The location is right in the middle of everything in Tokyo.
