I stayed at the ANA last October and will be staying again this coming October. The location is good; you can take the airport limousine bus service direct to the hotel and from the hotel you have easy access to the metro system just a couple of min

would definately recommend this hotel good location and very helpful staff, only grumble is you have to pay to use the swimming pool - which was freezing cold. A bit cheeky to charge.

This Hotel is amazing. The room size is huge compared with other hotels I have stayed in Tokyo. The hotel is situated in a very central location. There is a subway within a 1 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and luxurious place to stay in Tokyo

We stayed at the ANA Intercontinental from the end of March to early April 09. The Hotel is located very easily to the Tokyo Metro. After some grovelling to the Manager we were given free internet access for a week. They actually charge you for in room access. We had no breakfasts included in our stay. We did see the prices they charge and actually got caught to eating in the Hotels main Restaurant the very first night. We got charged $65.00 Australian for 2 measly small pizzas and a coke can cost A$10.00. The Australian Dollar as it stands forget about eating in the Hotel. If your on a no frills budget - The Seven Eleven and better still the Family Mart a short distance away from the Hotel is the best choice to get a decent feed. The Hotel itself is a great place. Its visually appealling with the front having water features as such. The Conceirge could have been a little better. Pretty baron if you ask me. Overall a good Hotel but simple adjustments can make it outstanding.

One of the best hotels we have stayed. Japan well known for being expesive, surprisingly we got a very good rate thru AsiaRooms - a real value for money. The sevice and the staff of Ana makes your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Conveniently located near the subway and also the Bus from Narita stops infont of the hotel. The only backdraw is that to have the meal in the hotel is really very expensive.

The ANA was a very high quality hotel. Its rooms were luxurious, clean and well furnished. the service staff was helpful and sincere. The price was appropriate to slightly on the cheap side for the level of quality and location.
