Good service even though the staff majority had problem in converse in English. Luckily I can converse in Indonesian language. Helpful in providing info.

There is nice massage services. The staffs are kind. However the facilities are too old. At least, the carpet in the room is required to be replaced immediately.

Evrey thing was fine except the carpet of the room should be changed it is not clean

Executive room with complimentary Executive Club facilities on the top floor is excellent.

The Ciputra is great value for the money and I recommend it to all my colleagues. Clean, good food and great staff!

My biggest complaint about this hotel is the internet. Whether you want to surf the net by WiFi in the lobby, or in the comfort of your room, they charge $5+ per hour anywhere in the hotel. But if you go downstairs and out into the mall to Starbucks, they have free Wifi. The overall hotel is pretty decent. Great gym facility. Pool is nice, although there never is any sun on that side of the build so don't count on tanning there. Room size is your average hotel room in the states. Nothing fancy, a little older but not rundown at all. Bathroom was okay. Tub is a little narrow. But for $70/night what do you expect. Again, it's a decent place to stay for the money. Hotel is anywhere between a 25-40 min. ride from the airport depending on the traffic. You can easily catch a ride to this hotel from the airport for 125K Rupiah (about $13). They will try to rape you by charging over 200K if you don't know any better. Being attached to the mall is very convenient as you can go catch a movie, shoot pool, there's a Gold's Gym, a grocery store and a plethora of places to eat.

The service was excellent the staff really made a difference in taking care of you.

very pleasant stay, I enjoyed it thoroughly well laid-out comfortable room, nice dining and leisure facilities, and prompt, polite service. I have to caution first time North American and European travellers to the region, who would be normally accustomed to drinking ordinary tapwater that this is not to be done in South-East Asia! You can go anywhere in the city cheaply and safely using the taxicabs (spelled taksi over there!) An over-all nice experience for me.

The hotel need to replace and clean some of their very tired fittings. The room smells a bit of smoking even we asked for a non-smoking room. Good location, smooth taxi ride to the airport unlike the rest of Jakarta.

This hotel located near airport and department store, make it easy to enjoy staying in Jakarta. We can take lunch or dinner in some restaurants outside the hotel, by 3 minutes walk, with cheap local rates. McDonalds and KFC are available too, made me feel so relief :)
