Grand Kemang Hotel

Utterly disappointing hotel. Poor value for money, i booked Deluxe Room. Room is small and ceiling is low, feels claustrophobic, carpets very very dirty with stains, feels grubby all over, bad maintenance. Bathroom tiny with hardly room to move around. Requested for change and management doesn't seem to have understanding of customers' needs. Changed me to another room with the exactly same configuration and twin beds instead of 1 king size bed. I was worse off.....Hotel staff is friendly and helpful but unfortunately that is not enough to make me go back. Will advise whomever i know to stay away from staying in this hotel.

The standard room is quite small and no bath is availeble; the elevators are very slow and all the asking of the staff about 'where are you going to', 'what are you doing now' is not pleasent. Its not of their bisness and when you are on holiday sometimes you don't know what you are going to do, because its your leisure time, you are free, no agenda!! The (small) swimming pool has no privacy, everybody can see you there from out of the lobby and the restaurant when they are eating. The location of the hotel is good. Kemang is a nice and save part of Jakarta.

I stayed for one week at this hotel. It is very well located - close to shopping, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was of a high standard. Could do with a gym.

Enjoyable hotel, friendly staff. Central location ideal for south Jakarta. Central Jakarta somewhat difficult to access during peak hours. Restaurant, pool, bars very satisfactory

Good location for foodies Wwwok is just across the street and several notable restaurants like Sahara and Kinara are within 5 mins taxi ride away The hotel has refurbished the facade and lobby but rooms remain dated Good pool and bar area Service generally plastic-like except for a few staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful

I thought this hotel was extremely good. i especially liked the cleanliness, politeness of the staff and the location

really nice hotel in south jkt. rooms are clean and quite wide, nice centralized control panel (tv, air conditioning, ALL lights, alarms). bathroom is good. Breakfast is really GOOD and various.
