I liked the view from my room as i was viewing Jakarta stadium. It is in the middle of three big malls.

Overall a good experience. The staff is very cooperative. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Location of the hotel is good as some shopping malls are located at walking distance. Breakfast menu is appreciable.

Good size clean rooms, good service and an extensive free breakfast. Location is more suited to business travellers. Would recommend.

My ex partner and I stayed here in may 2005. purchased a room from one of the stalls at CGK airport.

Great location. Nearby hav good restaurants. Walking distance to Sanayan Shopping Mall. Plenty of Blue Bird Group of Taxi at hotel entrance. Good taxi service. But, room bathroom is a bit too old, should need some renovation.

I stayed here last year and the service remains efficient. The rooms are bigger than one might expect for 'standard'. The executive rooms are excellent with spa bath etc. It is a busy hotel opposite a nice green zone/stadium/parkland to escape to, although there is some minor noise in the street-fronting rooms. But it is about as quiet as you will get in Jakarta! Breakfast buffet is extensive and has healthy food choices-fruit, muesli etc. Housekeeping comes around at 6.30 to see if more towels or whatever are needed- a nice touch. The hotel is ideal for transport only 10min walk from the busway which stops at all main points of interest up to Kota (old Batavia)and only Rp3000 regardless of how many stops you go. There are two shopping plazas within 5min walk- Plaza Senayan is the trendy hangout for middle class young Indonesians. Both have ample food courts. There are many wi-fi hotspots for laptops but if you are looking for an internet cafe as I was be prepared to hike- the nearest I could find was upstairs easily visible at the bus stop 'Sarinah'.

I the hotel room is a flyer informing the guest not to order food from outside. Maybe the Managment should look into the room service menue. The selection of Western food leaves room for improvement and the prices are high. But the service staff was friendly and effcient.

Very good location and services. The cleanliness need to be improved. Anyway, we enjoy the stay there as there is more pros than cons.

great place to stay at overall. bathrooms have 2 showers and have everything you expect. they clean the room everyday which is expected. there is bottled water everyday for you provided. just 2 bottles. the bed was somewhat comfortable, not the best. the employees there are nice and mind their own business. they are quick to help with any problems. the location is about 20-30min drive and about $10 one way from the airport. i recommend going there
