Aryaduta Hotel Jakarta

The staffs are very friendly, however they do not provide the things (shower gel, shampoo, slippers, tissue etc....)which should be provided in the room, however if you ask them to bring for you, they are happy to serve you, but it will take so long.

The overall is good, I enjoy staying in this hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff are very helpful.

This Hotel is not Hayatt but managed by Hyatt so overall environment and service is good.

Even though not the newest kid on the block, this Hyatt is definitely with the best service and attitude i ve seen..the staff are superb, the servie is impecable and the hotel overall very charming..the Food is great, not pompeous like in other...

This is not a 5 star hotel in it's current state. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were always helpful and nice.. The bathroom in my room was primitive, run down and broken... They said that some of the bathrooms have been remodeled but if you have pre-paid you will almost certainly get the run down version.

Nice hotel, renovation coming in time, overpriced Internet and laundry.

I m not coming becuase of the rooms, but coz of the staff.They re wonderful, smiling nd always helpful. i always recommend this hotel to my friends and associates. They are doing good business with companies from Europe, lwhich speaks for itself

Room (superior) was okay, but shower was poor and bathroom amenities were insufficient. Service at the lobby bar was really poor as I had to wave, shout and wait for at least 10 minutes to make an order. The waitress would rather had long conversation with customers at the bar than serving new customers waiting at the lounge. Breakfast menu was considerably very good but service was disorganized though at least 10 staff were serving. I had to wait for 5 minutes before my coffee was served. On checking out, I had to carry my luggage to the taxi and stowed it into the trunk, and a staff at the desk by the entrance just watched. That was not normal for Indonesian hotel as I had been traveling to Indonesia at least twice a month for the past 5 years. May be I wasn't lucky enough this time. Raz Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The rooms are bit a old, unless you pay the little extra and book the rooms on 11 and 12 floor, which are another class..modern chic. I m coming to this hotel for the last 15 years,and have made good friends with many guests who are long timers like ...

Stayed in Aryaduta since 1988 and now can afford to continue with your roomrates
