very tardy housekeeping. took a long time to attend to requests or simply forgot it was made at all. also want to charge for extra towels. as it is, the towels provided looked rather used and crumply

Good value for your money. I certainly will stay there during my next trip.

it looks nice, what i would also to make a place for Musilims to pray (Prayer Area) and add some Arabice Channels (News Chanels and Sports)

A good place for families. Their layout of being like a serviced apartment with kitchen and utilities (even a washing machine and a maid's room) are quite useful. only problem we had with the room was with the main hall's air-con which wasnt strong enough to keep the living room cool. maintenance checked it out and serviced it but it was still the same. But the rooms' ones were fine so sleeping was no prob. No Wireless internet in the room, only LAN so I couldnt do work from the bedroom, only in the hall (which was hot due to the faulty aircon). When it got too hot, I went to the lobby/lounge downstairs where there was free wireless access. The place is near Atrium Shopping Mall so it's convenient if you're lazy to cook. There are PLENTY of restaurants there. Definitely a good value for money if you are coming in a family. Cheaper than getting 2 rooms in a hotel.

I was lucky to get upgraded to an appartment with separate kitchen and living room. A bit worn around the edges but good value. Tight security outside and in lobby lifts. Close to AtriumMall for shopping and food but otherwise in a dubious area.

It was my first time staying in Aston Atrium Hotel. I found it very nice. Staff was always ready to help, polite & smiling. It seems to me people who prefer to stay in Aston are mostly businessmen, so if you are going to Jakarta for business trip Aston is the most suitable hotel to stay.

everything is perfect except for the part that we have to wait almost 3 hours to check in beacuse it takes a long time for them to get the room. however, when you get the room, everything else is perfect

It was a nice stay at the Aston Atrium Hotel Jakarta. The hotel employees are very obliging. The rooms are clean and beautiful. For breakfast, you can choose of a wide range of goodies. The price for an extended night was fair. In summary, it was a pleasent stay. Thanks!

fantastic hotel to stay, very happy with the friendly staff and managment late check was made very smothly for me , and service was great the buffet breakfast was the best !!!!

I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff were very kind and friendly. We had quite a lot of contact with them. I greatly appreciated the swimming pool and used their gym facilities and spa, which was very good. And we look forward going there again.
