Hilton Towers Mumbai

Good service from staff especially the doorman. Clean and attractive but overpriced. Very rigid with early check-ins and late check outs.

My sister and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Towers Hotel, Mombai. The hotel is beautifully appointed-the rooms are lovely and the public areas are also well decorated.You get a feeling of warmth-like the staff really cares about your welfare. the room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the pillows brilliant. but the tiles around the bath were not clean (their dark colour made it possible for this not to be readily evident, but a wipe with a white cloth showed the filth that had not been cleaned off). the television channels were not as advertised and when i called the concierge to inquire no one answered the phone. the choice of channels was poor given the cost of the room. but reception people were friendly and efficient. the room was very pleasant and the location of the hotel could not be better.

The Hilton Towers Hotel in Mombai is a great hotel. I've stayed there twice within the last 16 months and found every aspect of the hotel to be fantastic.An excellent staff, especially the doorman. The hotel bar is excellent, the hotel food is exceptional. Although the rooms are a bit on the small side, afterall this is downtown Mumbai.This is a great hotel with an excellent staff, a perfect location, and a delight to use while vacationing or traveling.I totally recommend this hotel. It certainly adds to the Mumbai experience.

1. The bathrooms are not properly designed for outflow of water. After showeres the bathroom floors were overflowing with water and one had to spread towels to soak the water. 2. The service was not as expected of a 5 star hotel. The mini bars were not automaTICALLY REPLENISHED AND ONE HAD TO ASK FOR IT.

I feel the hotel is overpriced They were not very accomodating as far as early check in or late check out is I offereed to pay half the room rate to check in a couple of hours early and also to check out late and they were not negotiable They wanted me to pay full rate to chech out three hours late I have stayed at the Taj and other hotels in the area and found them to be more negotiable

The photos in the website did not do the hotel justice, the rooms were pleasant and the plasma TV in the room was a definite good surprise with many channels to choose from. Great to have easy internet access in the room. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to use this hotel.
