Excellent location, close to the main tourist area. The room was pretty run down and the bathroom was awful. BIt was clean, however. The Indus Restaurant provided good food. Drinks were pricey unless you took advantage of the happy hour. Needs refurbishing to justify the price being paid.

Good for Price & location; Rooms are nice & clean & spacious- make sure you get a room without a carpet & preferably. The elevator is a little daunting but the trust me its safe. The bathrooms are nice & big.. & most of all clean & the shower is good. Close to shopping & the shopping is good - you must bargain for price.

Centrally located, this hotel's greatest asset is its service. The staff could not have been more helpful - from assisting chase up lost luggage to obtaining medication for upset stomach. We took a deluxe room, which while not great was adequate. Room Service and restaurant food was very good and happy hour at the bar a bonus. Breakfast was ordinary, but adequate if you were prepared to ask for extra's such as toast or freshly cooked eggs. All in all - a very pleasant stay.

Just a to the point hotel but the location is great, just right behind the Taj. Nothing super special but the rooms are clean and the staff is helpfull.

let me start with the staff do a wonderful job there but the hotel is nothing like the pictures on the internet our first room had no glass in the shower window and looked out onto someone balcony with no curtain ,paint peeling off walls , kids running up and down halls , aircon,s so noisy,elavator at first didnt work straight out of the 1900,s. it really needs to change its pictures and drop its prices. after seeing the pictures of the diplomant hotel on asiarooms i thought we were in the wrong hotel but sadly no ....but the staff were great
