The best place i've been in my 2 weeks around India. Very good services from all the people working there and not seeking at all times like in other places some extra money to charge.

The hotel was probably very nice 10 years ago, as it has recieved some awards. Since then there was not upgrading done in the rooms. They are dark, small and they do not give a good impression. The restaurant offers very good meals and the staff is very helpfull in selecting meals. I would recommend to stay in the hotel, but be aware, it is about 1 hour by taxi from the airport. The room was very small and old, the table was not clean, the design was dark green it has looked very sad. The lobby, reception and restaurant are very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpfull with all we wanted. There is an option of WiFi connection for a fee, or if you do not have your laptop, a computer is available in the lobby. For such a hotel, the surrounding is surprising. To get to some tourist location, it takes about 40 minutes by taxi.

This hotel is pretty run down and they are in the middle of doing some painting. Most of the time could not get hot water and they always had a different excuse, The brochure advertising this hotel is definately not accurate and has been computer modified to look better than what it is from the outside. We only managed to find one hotel upstairs and the brouchure advertises 2! Good location

Good service and friendly staff. Bed very hard flattened foam. Location not the best but very close to suburban rail to Victoria Terminus. Priced right.

Good value for money. The hotel is in a fairly central position although not too good an area. Make sure that you ask for a room with tile floor as the carpeted room I was allocated stank of damp & mould. The staff were very good & changed my room the following morning. The staff were very helpfull & friendly. The furniture & bathroom in my room needed updating but was spotlessly clean. A fairly good selection of food on offer & hotel cars available for sightseeing etc. I would recommend this hotel mainly for a business stay or low budget accomodation.

Centre of Bombay, close to CST (main railway station) Hotel is very nice, spotless, good cafe, limited bar. Very freindly staff, most helpful. No more keen on tips than the rest of India. Rooms a bit small, but a bargain price for central Mumbai. Have A/C Tata to run you around at modest cost (only double what you pay for those dreadful taxis). Has lift, and us three old grey wrinkelys were treated fine. One of my better finds. Dave Ellis Lancaster UK

Mumbai is an expensive place to stay. This hotel provided comfortable and quiet accommodation at a reasonable price in that context. The 'Coffee shop' provided a self-service breakfast (Indian, or cornflakes / toast / omelette) and a daytime / evening menu including non-Indian fare. The other restaurant was exclusively Indian (Hyderabadi) and good. There was a lobby with limited seating and a bar (a bit tucked away, but pleasant enough). Reception staff couldn’t do anything except book you in and out, but the lobby staff (who also provided travel desk services) were very attentive. The hotel could provide comfortable A/C chauffeur-driven cars (for a fee, but a must in order to see Mumbai effectively).

The worst hotel i've ever stayed. The front desk staff are so rude, and I witnessed another guest firing them too. The travel desk staff are awful and I had to wait for one hour before they could get me taxi. Will never recommend this hotel
