Excellent hotel, great value for money, friendly staff, cheap wireless internet, great location walking distance to Churchgate station and Arabian sea, right next to Ambassador hotel, 8 minute walking distance to Hilton.

Good budget 5th floor hotel in large building currently being re-habbed. Hard for taxi drivers to find, so always say "next to the Ambassador Hotel". Great location because of proximity to Churchgate Station, Marine Drive, and some good restaurants. Rooftop breakfast is memorable because the crows can be very pushy!

Very filthy place. Not good for anybody, poor room service breakfast is the worst never ever think of going there ,may be good for indian people

Very clean and great location as well as the service. Very helpful staff. You get the newspaper to your room every morning. No complains!

We found Chateau Windsor a very accomadting place to stay in our first two days on arriving in Mumbai. The hotel staff were really helpful and polite and went out of their way ti provide us with a good service for the price we paid....

I liked to stay there, people, service and everything in general was good. Unfortunally is a litle far away from the airport. Thank you

Have no qualms at all. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Only thing I found uncomfortable, was the bed. The mattress wasn't thick enough & made it hard to have a good night sleep. Also wish to highlight the hotel was undergoing construction & was quite noisy, but if I do return to Mumbai will again stay in this hotel.
