Average rooms - average bathrooms. Last day I had a late check out and given another room for an hour to shower etc. The shower did not work! A lot of lip service.

My wife and I stayed here for over a week and were very impressed with the courtesy and kindness of the hotel staff. There was plenty of hot water and being from Alaska we liked having the air conditioning.

Good hotel right near the Beach. They are constantly trying to improve their standards and level of services. They have recently renovated their rooms and it looks good. The service during the morning breakfast is excellent and prompt. All at the hotel want to help and are always smiling. Worth the experience.

I have to admit...I was caught off guard as the Emerald is fabulous. I had expected a decent hotel with pretty good rooms. But the apartment suite we had for our one night stay was fabulous. It's location is great as it's literally a 30 second...

Very helpful staff, and take matters very professionally. I made a complaint about missing my camera from the room. The duty managers take the matter seriously and explained since 8 years he has been with the hotel this case never happened before....

This hotel is just walking distance to Juhu beach. The room is small and dull with no much room for baggage. The bathroom is very basic and simple. We had to leave early morning and hence had to skip the breakfast. Hotel is suitable for those who just need a bed to sleep at night.

Its not good as it looks on the web. The area and the road just outside is noisy. The rooms are very small and so is the elevator. Its not worth the cost.

Most preferable hotel near airport with resonable price for short visit and rooms are neat and compact.

not only is this place shabby and damp but it is also expensive and not at all value for money! I have no idea how it obtained a 4 star rating but i am outraged at that and i'm sure there is not a single hotel which deserves it less! the rooms are...
