Would I recommend it? Yes. It's a long way from the airport but it is worth it. It's not improved my opinion of Intercontinentals in general, but I would go back to this one.

Nice place, but the restaurants are quiet expensive and also the treatments in te Spa.Because of the aircondition the restaurants are very cold.Service in the restaurants is very friendly

Loved the hotel & facilities. Round of golf was a little expensive. Beach was gorgeous, food great, especially breakfast. Swimming pool excellent. Service was wonderful. Room was a little cold as we couldn't turn the airconditioning down. We hired a scooter and ventured out of the resort to the nearby Palolem Beach, (beach 2 beaches down from the resort beach) and ate a large lobster at on on the beach restaurants for $15.ooUS. Sounds horrible but its was so Great to get away from the poverty of India & enjoy the comforts at the Intercontinental.

there's nothing much to say as such, but as a suggestion,I would advice tht the trainees for eg,should be given an exposure in all the departments if possible,so that they can be able to choose the department that they like as their career later on.

A unique experience in a blissful environment. The staff at Intercontinental hotel was dedicated, very professional, good listener for our children, and discrete when needed, which is a must. I highly recommend this place. We were lucky since we also were able to enjoy the Maha Shivaratri festival right on the beach of the hotel, and experienced the local Hindu culture. We will come and stay at the hotel again.

things just went wrong from the word go , we had booked a sea view room , we got a graden facing view which they claimed to be sea view , after an argument that was changed to the actual pool and sea view facing room , Then the beds were twin beds and i was on a honeymoon !! The bathroom was choked , the door lock of the bathroom was spoiled which lead to door closing from inside and you stuck outside . ooms are no doubt good and they do have the basic amenities , but God save you if you have to order for something coz the service takes ages to come and you will definately not find paper in your room till 9 am and even if you switch on the "room to be serviced " pl do not expect it to be done even when you get back again , hoping the room is clean . Pl ask for extra towels or anything atleast half an hour in advance . there is nothing close to the place so forget about stepping out unlesss you plan to take a taxi ride for 30min . The beach is good , but has strong waves , so no one enters and if they do 15 min can tire you out . The pool is good , so are the massages. The food is decent spread, but they have couple f resturants perpetually closed or booked for some dlegates who are there for golf or buisness meet. All in all not a great experience.
