This hotel is not definitely a 5 star resort, I would personally class this as 3 Star, we have just returned and were very disappointed in the whole set up, they seem to be very interested in the conference centre but are forgetting the general holidaymakers, we were a bit early in the season and there was a lot of work going on, but if they are taking in paying guests then they should be ready for them!

This is an excellent hotel. The kids suite is very comfortable if you are travelling with kids and the kids loved sleeping in bunk beds. The complimentary breakfast buffet spread was excellent and although we did not have the buffet meals the candlelight dinner we had at their Fish Grill restaurant at the beach under the stars was excellent. The staff were very courteous and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. It would have been nice however if they had provided us with complimentary drop-off and pick-up from the airport.

We are completely satisfied with our stay in this property. There were no complaints whatsoever. Our room, service & the food were all high quality. This is definitely an above average property.

Though the overall property is good and lives up to expectation of a 5-star, the rooms are quite basic and do not seem to give a feeling of spending a holiday in a 5-star. However, the overall stay was value for money. In case one is considering a quite and peaceful holiday, then this may not be the right choice as Holiday Inn Resort seems to be always crowded as it offers competitive rates.

I had good time at Holiday Inn in Goa. They provided me transportation to and from airport. Room was spacious. Bathroom was fully equipped. They had offered me pool view or garden view room. I had selected garden view. Surrounding is very quite. Very close to very clean beach. Overall hotel is very clean. They provide good service and ready to serve you. Restaurant offer variety of foods. Per Indian standard hotel is expensive however, for trvellers like us it is very nice and provides good value. There are various activities for families.

It was a great stay at this resort. I stayed with my family for 3 nights and 4 days. The room service was prompt and excellent, great food, beautiful property, clean private beach. Business centre facility was also available at reasonable rates. The resort has a health centre, swimming pool, restaurant and discotheque. Overall excellent.

The hotel was fine, although there was a lot of work being done to it as it was just pre-season. It did have a bit of a worn feel to the place and not all of the facilities were available. It was quiet when I was there but it felt as though it would feel like a holiday camp in full season, I dread to think what the pool would be like when the place was full. It is great for the beach and it looked as though there was some work being done in the gardens. I think that there must have been some pre-season staff training going on as there were plenty of staff around but you still had to wait
