The hotel is right on the beach itself. The room was very ordinary it was in a very bad condition. Staff do not respond to anything. Swimming pool was clean. Food was tasting good.

It was wonderful experience to stay just front of beach. Hotel ambiance, facilities are excellent and food quality is very good. Overall it is beautiful resort to stay in.

First of all this hotel is 3.5 kms. away from the Calangute main beach. That information is missing in the hotel site. Breakfast is excellent. For lunch & dinner, the buffet menu is ok. But if you order any dish separately, it takes min. half an hour to s erve. Another problem I have observed that if we don't want to have buffet dinner/ lunch, they were reluctant to adjust with ala carte menu.

It is located near to beach. Room was comfortable and spacious. All meals were included in our package and also airport transfer. Staff were very caring and helpful.

Beautiful location, pool view from private balcony was wonderful. Full breakfast plus breakfast buffet was appreciated. Beach was a short walk accross the shaded manicured lawn. Buy a beer at "johnny's" (on the beach) and use his beach chairs & umbrellas all day. Beach venders are not aggressive. Negative - cost to use in-room phone for long distance was hiway robbery (use street pay phone); internet access was a 15 minute walk up to the main road(inconvenient in the heat). Not much negative. I would return.

From what I could see, this is one of the nicer hotels in the immediate area. The posistion right on the beach is great, with only a 15 min beach walk to the (albeit scruffy) centre of town. A couple of critcisms: The shower water alternates from cold to warm to dangerously scalding and I would worry if I had kids (or seniors) who were using the showers, so BEWARE! The pool seems to close too early - 6pm. Also, I would recommend a couple of resturants - Gabriel's Guest House - best homecooked Goan food we had (lovely owners). 'A Reverie' - just outside the hotel front entrance - absolutely first class international food - the steaks are out of this world.

This is a cheap and very cheerful hotel in Calangute. The rooms are like seaside resorts. This hotel is far better, and certainly better value than any other star hotel without a doubt. A beautiful garden. The pool was clean, a good size with a fenced off area to keep little ones safe. Also, food and drinks at the hotel were very reasonably priced, and the food fresher.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. The room given to us did not have any jacuzzi and bath tub, however we were shifted to another room but it was the same there as well. There was no railway station pickup provided to us but the staff was helpful and had a friendly nature. The swimming pool was clean but the health club was not that great.

Nice stay. Very efficient staff. Near to Calangute beach. The hotel is however very far from the airport.
