This is a good hotel compare with the price you pay! Overall, this is a good hotel. The location is convenient as it closes to all public transportation. The customer service is good. One thing I don’t like is - I found a lip stick mark on the cleaned cup two times. I feel gross about this. So, make sure you clean the cups again before you use! Traveler's tip on shopping I found a shop (one block outside the hotel) selling cell phones is cheaper than the standard price!

Facilities ie Internet access not very well publicised. It would be helpful if there was a folder in the room advertising the facilities available in the hotel.

Decent service, but rooms need renovation Hotel has good lobby and bar, and at least one restaurant (Satay Inn) is quite alright. Decent business centre with internet access. However, the room itself apparently has not been renovated for 10-15 years, and while well-serviced and maintained clean, needs definite renovation. Somewhat outdated bath facilities with extremely week shower water pressure plus a blanket with a whole did not add to good impression.

Over-priced, out of the way For a hotel off the beaten path, charging twice what the value should be this one left me very disappointed. Staff less than helpful at every work station.

good facilities Location is good with ease of finding different modes of transportation, e.g. MTR, tram, bus,etc and restaurants with reasonable price. Its facility is well maintained, e.g.outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. One upset during my stay on the 13th floor was that a maid opened my door at ~ 10 p.m.w/o ringing the bell nor knocking on the door. Reported the incident to the front desk and apology from the maid. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks You pay HK$2 (US$0.25) to ride a tram from the west to the east, is one of the cheapest transportation tools.

good location We had to add a bed to the room, and the extra bed was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, this is a decent hotel for the price.
