I stayed at Empire for 4 nights. This hotel was my 3rd choices. Outside view of the hotel building look very old. Feel very uncomfortable when stepped in to the hotel. The lobbing and the room are very old and smelling. The room carpet is very dirty. All the furniture is very old which totally different from the picture show in the website. Hotel is far from the shopping mall and MTR. (Walking distance 15-20 minutes). Staff is not helpful and not friendly. The room became very cold during the night although already switched off the air-con. No way to stay in this hotel again~!

We hv to ask for minibar. Drinking Water jug is not supplied in the room. No water available to drink.

I spent 10 days here. There is no disco and no pool. My air conditioning did not work very well. The noise from the tracfic kept me awake all night. I found the staff to be friendly and some could speak some English. The restaurant had very good food.
