Location. The Crowne Plaza Hotel Shenzhen is located in a suburban section of Shenzhen, China, 100 meters from Window of the World Theme Park, 500 meters from the Splendid China Theme Park and eight kilometers from the city center. The Window of the World subway station is across the street from the hotel. The hotel is considered both a business and leisure property. Hotel Features. With sculpted curves, angles and arches, the hotel is reminiscent of a historic building one might see in Venice. An outdoor pool and bar is located on the roof of the entry area and is covered by a large fabric awning. An ornate spiral staircase ascends from the lobby. Crowne Plaza Shenzhen includes four restaurants and two bars. Restaurants offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Western and Italian cuisine, from seafood to pizza and dim sum. La Piazza serves tea, coffees and cakes. V Bar offers poolside beverage service and an indoor section with live music. Hotel conference facilities can accommodate from 12 to 700 people. The business center is open 24 hours a day and offers high speed wired and wireless Internet access for a fee. In addition to the outdoor pool, the hotel offers an indoor pool, a fitness center, and beauty and spa services. Guestrooms. The 17 story hotel includes 400 guestrooms. Amenities include high speed wired and wireless Internet access, dial up Internet access, direct dial phones and complimentary local calls, cable television channels and DVD players. Additional amenities include coffee and tea makers, minibars and compact refrigerators, glassware and plates. Expert Tip. The Window of the World Theme Park, Shenzhen's first, offers scaled down versions of world famous attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal and London Bridge. It also features an alpine ski slope. Admission to the park is RMB120 (approximately US$17).

    great service, and room, friendly staff; inside of hotel is very similar to the venetian hotel in vegas, although this place is called the crown plaza the restaurants in hotel are great; their gym is way too clean! plus safe area.

    Coming from the United States of America, I had all kinds of ideas what my hotel would be like. I was presently surprised by the service at the Crown Plaza in Shenzhen China. It is difficult to be so far away from home and the hotel staff were very accomodating and made my visit even more pleasurable.

    Great food and friendly people. Worst part was defending my Yankees vs the guy from Boston at the next table !!! VERY CLEAN !!! Walking distance from shops and amusement parks so bring the kids

    great hotel, best in Shenzhen! i allways stay there when i am on business, service first class, food great and entertainment very good, the only down side you are slightly outside of Shenzhen center for shopping and resturants ect....

    This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in anywhere. Everyone spoke english. Great restaraunts. V-bar was the happening place for night life. I stayed on the executive floor for a few dollars more to get a view, the rooms were large and very nice. Free High speed internet. Make sure you ask for a view, across one street is Happy Valley and the other side is Windows of the World.

    I have seen a lot of hotels, but this is my favorite. Personnel is very helpful, interested in the guests, so always open for a quick chat. Rooms are very nice, beds perfect and separate shower (nothing worse than showering in a bath).

    its a fantastic hotel, although i spent just 1 night there. They gave me a unforgetable experience, the bar lounge is febulous, its a typic al luxury hotel, good price for excellent services.

    The Crowne Plaza is an excellent choice, probably best in Shenzhen, located away from busy city noise but very close to subway entrance. Awesome breakfast buffet, pool area is best I've seen in China.
