Excellent Chinese hotel that caters to western travelers with a mixed menu, western & Chinese There are English speaking staff that can communicate for all the basics needs & the desire to provide excellent service is second to none. An older establishment but in good repair & decor is fresh, in a great location for access to mainland shopping & access to Hong Kong. The concierge or bell hops can set you up with a limo service to Hong Kong airport or there is a less expensive bus directly to the airport - you must change buses & clear customs at the border with the bus but it's not a big deal if you're not hauling too much luggage. The limo was about US$100 for 1 to 4 passengers so works better with a group. Talk to anyone who's been there before & read reviews before picking a hotel in China, location can be a bigger deal for westerners over the hotel rating!!!

Very Happy. Big improvement from last stay. Very convenient for shopping at Lohou. Laurel Restaurant on floor 2 is excellent.

The stay was very comfortable. Wish they would improve their proficiency in English language. The Chinese retaurant is really good.

Overall Good Value Use the local 7eleven or Walmart rather than the mini-bar

Excellent hotel close to the Railway station in Shenzhen. Staff very helpful and rooms very clean and well furnished. Excellent price and very good value for the money. Will definitely stay there again on return to Shenzhen.

This hotel is not very outstanding but it was pleasant .The staff were very helpful. Walking distance abt 10 mins to the nearest Train Station (MRT/LRT). The room is clean and staff are very helpful. It would be better if the rooms were pictured as they are. ie photo the diff types of room for the customer to choose. Overall not bad.
