Phoenix City Hotel

It was like living in a palace. Service and staff couldnt do enough for you. Fantastic, and will re visit next time.

The hotel is very beautiful and the decoration is very gorgeous and unique. Environment around the hotel is also nice. It was a pity that I had 1 night-stay. The only thing disadvantaged is a location, which is rather far from downtown.

One can not believe what they are seeing upon entering this estate. The hotel is one of the finest in the world and the entire park area presents a vista seen nowhere else in either China or the West. Dr.Alfred Jones, Southern Yangtze Unversity, Wuxi

The hotel is located in a completly brand new city bulit from scratch with only luxury villas, like nothing I have seen in China. True five star Hotel, but very far away from everything.

The resort is certainly a 5 star hotel, however the food for breakfast and 2 dinners which I consumed whilst staying there was below average. I would certainly stay there again however I think I will eat elsewhere.

Was a nice hotel to stay in by Guangzhou standards (loved the fact that it had a nice big balcony area with table and chairs) however distance was a problem - as it took nearly an hour to go by taxi to the Wholesale markets where we were working each day. Being so far out of town the only taxis available were the ones parked out in front of the hotel which were really old and wonky and air conditioning in them did not work sufficiently most times. Buffet Breakfast was pretty average with not much western choice. For a holiday it would be a suitable hotel to stay in but not if you are on a business trip - it's too far out of town.

I like this Hotel so match the Service Location and Cleanliness it was so good i can't findet some were no't evaen my home. the pepole and the worker her thay are so good and helpfull and nice . In this hotel you can find any thing you want,top cut desianer massage center and receation center.this is the right location to come.

Very,very nice hotel. the only thing we didnt like, was that they charged us a "service charge" additional to the spa price, without telling us that before , there was no writing or anything else abouyt it. The amount was not that big, but we felt a little cheated and not really understood, why to pay a service charge for a spa, its not a restaurant. But all in all, i have to say that this hotel is absolutely first class, especially for this small price.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at or even seen for that matter. It was spotless with impeccable service. The room was large and very comfortable. The grounds are an added bonus - with a lake,statuarty,a huge swimming pool and a pleasant little lakeside restaurant - perfect for lunch.

The hotel is well built. It is a very nice setting. The room is large. I really like the free internet access. The food is very good too. It is a little bit remote. But, with this price, I will definitely stay again.
