I had a 2 rooms reservation for 4 nights, upon arrival I presented the prepaid voucher (room charge without breakfasts), I had been told that I had to deposit 8000 US$ for any extras I may use or order during our stay, when I try to discuss the exaggeration of the deposit I was told that this is the Hotel policy, I told the reception that I can deposit twice the amount of the breakfasts which may cover any extras she refused firmly, I did not want to give them my credit card as normally they hold the deposit amount and upon checking out the balance is never released before 2 weeks if not more, the reserved rooms should had been with one bed they claim that only double bed rooms are available (my reservation was made 4 month earlier). The hotel adv. says that the hotel is across from the Guangzhou Jinhan Exhibition Centre, which is no longer used for the Canton fair. In brief this is one of the worst hotels I had ever used.

I am a Sri lankan and do travel very much on business. This hotel is ideally located and do find their service and the facilities very convenient and satisfactory. If you chose to travel by coach from Hong Kong to Guangshou, the coach stopps right by the hotel which is very convenient. All you have to do is get off the coach and walk to the hotel. I have used this hotel every time i visited Guangshou and will not hessitate to recommend it to any body who conceders him/her self detailed and fussy.

The hotel has renovated its rooms and kept the standard as 5-star hotel. The quality of services is excellent. In the evening too much suspicious people trying to rip you off with either stolen goods or offering girls etc. This is not inside of the hotel, but on the street once you step away from the hotel.

Rated as a five star hotel but pushing 4 if it's lucky! Overall room was okay but bathroom was rather shabby and not that clean - certainly not 5* status!

I feel safe and I like its closeness to the subway entrance. The check-in line was long and they let some guy cut in line.“Good location, my room has nice view. One thing, I could not find a store nearby that I could buy some water.”
