Would have been better if Bai Yun hotel was also included in the airport-hotel bus shuttle service. It is too difficult to use the shuttle service which stops at Garden Hotel (Opposite Bai Yun). It is too difficult to carry luggage up and down steps of overhead bridge crossing. Pat Teoh

Overall it is a very good hotel. English is spoken. It is close to many major locations. Service is excellent. My only complaints are that the springs in the mattress stuck out and the plumbing was noisy from neighbors.

The hotel itself was great, friendly staff, clean and hotel safe is a must. Although there is no coffee shop, the restaurant is subpar, and there is no bar; everything is just a short 2 minute walk away. There is shopping everywhere around the hotel as well as a number of great markets. Overall, great place for the money. I will be staying there again...

Like a rock Hotel was undergoing remodeling during the day, a fact you learn after getting into your room. Only one towel in the bathroom. The bed was very short and very hard. The room is very small. Over priced for the quality. I moved to the White Palace Hotel which was 3 times the size and half the price with much better food choices, cleaner air, and better service.

Buffet breakfast excellent value with a lot of choice.Lunch in ground floor restaurant was a disappointment; poor service and expensive. Internet use charges expensive. Staff generally very efficient and friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay and would return.

Hey Travelers out there, This hotel is a great hotel. It located in a great area where transportation can get easily. Stores, malls everywhere around it. Great for staying in for vacation. The rooms and services are great. Try it!

This hotel was all that was promised and I can not fault it. From check in to check out we were catered for every little whim and the staff very very helpfull. I would definately stay there on my next trip to Guangzhou
