Clean, friendly & spacious. Most amenities you would expect from a five star hotel and at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was fantastic ! Everything you could think of available.

We have stayed in three different ?5? star hotels in Tunis. The two other international hotels were pathetic and facilitates were old, service was poor for a 5 star and many staff needed to learn some common courtesy manners.

Overall an average hotel, not great but not terrible either. The restaurant was OK, minus the intestinal illness I ended up with that was likely food borne. Shuttle service to the airport is helpful. Internet connection was plain awful. The rooms were clean and well kept. I would use the hotel again if in the area, as it was as business traveler friendly as could be expected.

Location is far from the center of city and nicer areas such as Sidi Bou Said. Rooms were filthy - dirt on carpets. Some rooms had alarm clocks, others did not. Water and electricity were shut off early in the morning - made it difficult to get ready for an early morning flight.

Phenomenal Experience. Tunisia is fantastic, the hotel is very good and treatment is regal. It is not as centrally places as other hotels but Taxi fares are very reasonable.
