Living on the top of a bar... :-( Vedry disappointing! The people working there are simply unable to solve most of the problems...when they don’t create them themselves. My room (1466) was just on the top of a bar...where they were playing extremely loud music until 3am! Unacceptable...and the employees are not very keen on "fighting" with the Bar to make him respect the rules(music until midnight maxi) and the poor tourist who are there to have some rest...which i didn’t have! Lack of organisation, so many times needed to explain and justify things that shouldn’t! The towels for the beach or the swimming-pool are not free(2dinars per day), same for the turkish bath(in fact it’s a private one inside the village-hotel). 5 stars are not acceptable even with tunisian standards! It’s not really a hotel (no room service, nothing in the room) but a flat-hotel. I don’t advice it if u want some rest!
