The rooms are Huge and comfortable. The restaurant is open late; the food is great; the staff are helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at Maison Blanche and would recommend it highly.

Stylish but can be noisy Unlike Tunis' other top hotels, La Maison Blanche is human in scale and elegant in design. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The french restaurant is very good, serving nearly 1 star Michelin cuisine. The big drawback is the loud music coming from the 1st floor brasserie, on some nights into the small hours. It kept me awake in my room on the 4th floor. At 1:15 AM I complained to reception who said it was a private party and would go on for another hour, but they would turn it down immediately; they didn't. At 2:15 it was still as loud as ever, and I had to complain a 2nd time, when it was stopped. The bar should be sound proofed or music should stop at 11PM. I was not given an apology or any refund. I would only recomend with the above heavy qualification

Great Hotel in Tunis! Just got back from staying at this hotel for three nights and was very happy with the experience. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. They even arranged a car and driver to take us to a nice beach an hour away. The hotel bar seemed to be the most happening night spot in Tunis. Everyone in the bar was friendly and we had a great time. One caution: There is street noise (Tunisians love their car horn) and the bar plays music very late (Fri and Sat) if you are a light sleeper this could present an issue. If you are not a light sleeper, then I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Elegant rest stop! This is a wonderful hotel to catch up with rest after a long journey to Tunisia. It is ideally situated to travel to other day trip destinations and then back for a relaxing, comfortable evening. The airport and center of town are short cab rides.
