El Hana International Tunisia

We were choked by the poor quality of the services. This hotel is dirty and facilities are very old. It merit no star !!!!

The hotel located in the best place for people who love to experiencing situation in the hearth and the center of city's downtown. But the service is not really like his name as international hotel, the hotel's staffs capability to communicate in English are very poor, this hotel is only good especially for people speak in French, italy, arabic or Spanish. The hotel's facilities are not only too old but relatively under the level of 4 star's international hotel.

The hotel is really looking like 70's! if you're missing life how it used to be- w/ a perfect price you can stay here! we appreciate the wi-fi in the lobby, and the nice service of the staff, we left a suit there and got it back! thank you!

Nice foyer. Renovated room was very good except no air conditioning.

The room we had was a perfect size for two people sharing and had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel location is perfect for visits to the Medina and for surrounding areas due to close proximity to train station. The breakfast was very good for the cost of the hotel and the service we got from the hotel staff was good. The best part of the hotel was the bar on the roof where you could have an excellent view of the city. I would recommend a visit for anyone staying at the hotel

every thing in this hotel is very bad only location is very good

good location on tunis's main road and near the medina, souks... Staff is very nice! Cleanliness is average... Tip: take the renovated rooms!

i dont undrestand why people write these kind of reviews when you pay 50 $ AND LESS FOR A 5 STAR hotel, i have been in hotles around tunisia,and my advice to the people what you pay is what you get.

a large and functional hotel but rooms in desperate need of decoration. My fridge did not work two lights were broken. Few television channels. Breakfast good, dining room and lobbey ok, lifts are slow and inadequate. Its main advantage is its location. More a 3 star -definitely not 5 but priced reasonably

I traveled throughout Tunisia and stayed in various accomadations. El Hana International is the not worth the price, unless you are only interested in staying on the Bourguiba. The travel agents and guides in Tunisia recommend this hotel frequently, stating it is a 5 star hotel and that they can get you a good price. I would consider the hotel more of a 2-3 star and the agents do not get you a better price. Besides the grand facade , the rooms are unpleasant, the staff are not helpful nor hospitable and the breakfast is poor. If you want to stay at a five star, and expect a five star, go to the Africa hotel otherwise, you are better off staying in one of the three stars hotels in Tunis, where the staff are both helpful and inviting, and getting a bite from the many patisseries off the streets.
