Very enjoyable stay, spacious clean room with air conditioning and fridge. We had a room on the 20th Floor at the front of the building with a fantastic view of the city. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and a non smoking area.

In the hard of Tunis, near by the Medina, perfect for business travelers, prices correct but not cheap for Tunis.

Professional staff and excellent breakfast buffet. The room was great and clean. The carpet, however, could have been cleaned. I stayed at th 16 th floor, with the room away from the main street, and I could not hear the traffic or anything else. Very quiet!Unless most of the restaruants in Tunis the restaurants and the lobby of the hotel offered wine and other alkoholic drinks. As a nordic woman, travelling with a female collegue I felt respected and "safe" at the hotel. This was certainly not the case in the city in general.

The hotel was an excellent example of Tunisian hospitality. We were impressed with the the views from the room, helped by reception giving us a level 12 room! The room was grand, clean and classy. Location was dead in the thick of things, and it truly stands out as an excellent hotel. Breakfast could have been better, although there was plenty variety, they miss out the English breakfast. We got a good price by going in December, I'm not sure what the summer rates are. Facilities were good, though apart from good service, breakfast and excellent rooms, what were the services of a 5* hotel? Conclusion - going to Tunisia, this is the best place to stay for all types of people.
