I would think my only complaint is that the bed was EXTREMELY HARD!!! The rooms were neat and clean. You will have to ask for more than one towel as they only give 1 per room (or at least that was in our room - me and hubby). The staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure that your stay was nice. The food was amazing. I really liked the variety they offered and especially liked dinner and the assortment of desserts. There was something for everyone. I asked for a car/driver to take me to Marrakesh and they arranged it for me. It was the best 'additional' money I spent. As in every hotel around the world, there are ...'women' that are checking out the men that travel and who may be seated at the bar alone. One tried to pick-up my husband, which we both thought funny, but she instantly backed off when she say my wedding rings. There is security everywhere, so you will feel safe on the property day or night. We've heard from the staff the the Hilton will be removing their name from this property this fall, so it may not be there if you look for it later on in the year. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, and would recommend it.

The rooms are Holiday Inn grade, the food outrageously priced and mediocre at best, and you are not within walking distance of anything. Stay at the Balima downtown, you'll pay a fraction of the cost and be in a more lively neighborhood. The once nice thing the Hilton has going for it is a lovely garden.

The hotel is nice and quite close to what you would expect from a 4 (not 5) star hotel. Common areas are pretty and the room was about what you'd expect for a 4 star. Unfortuntey, the hotel seems to be a center for cigar smokers. Using the bar is almost intolerable because of the smoke-- the lobby close to the bar is not much better. I found the food quite good. Not impressed at all by the business center. It is very small and the staff have no desire to be of service. Overall OK experience but nothing great.

We stayed there for 2 nights and we wouldn't stayed longer for the reason of disgusting rooms they have. I wouldn't blame the cleaner for this, the rooms are clean but they are not hilton standard at all. To my disgrace I opened the minibar fridge, it was empty, rusty and smelly. I've stayed in many hotels in Morocco of very high standard but Hilton Rabat defenitely failed our expectations for 5*hotel. The restaurant and the service I would give 5* but I wouldn't like to sleep there ever again.

I stayed here for one night in June and 3 nights in September—both business trips. The lobby area is attractive; the front desk staff is helpful. The rooms are typical high-end Hilton, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but there's little that's "moroccan" about it. Some rooms are larger than others, but it seems as if they are of average size or better—by American standards; larger than average by Euro standards. The rooms are clean, although the light could be a bit better. The bathrooms are modern, well lit, and very clean. However: Two of the most important factors—for me—in a hotel are safety and a clean comfortable bed. This hotel felt quite safe (I'm a single woman), but the beds were hard as a rock and the pillows seriously needed to be replaced. Another disadvantage with this hotel is the location. It’s in a beautifully landscaped setting, but not within walking distance of anything.

We arrived at the hotel on a saturday and left on monday morning. As we checked out we were forced to pay for the breakfast of 20 persons which was not registered on my booking forms. After a long argument I had to pay for breakfast which I did not consume.

The Hilton was ok, but nothing special, especially for the price. The common areas were nice and up to Hilton standards, the rooms were a little differant. They were dated and in need of new wall paper. The mini-fridge was dirty and not very cold. The restaraunt was ok, and the staff friendly. I would stay there again if they lowered the price, but if not I think I'd prefer the Soiftel.

Hotel is located in nice area of Rabat, a walking distance from Aglad area, though a bit far from downtown and old market. The hotel is nice, it is close to a garden where many people do their morning exercise. The room was clean. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had lunches in the hotel, which was part of the workshop I was attending, and the food was good. A couple of times we had the lunch arranged in their garden, which was a nice change to being indoors all day.

I've stayed here a few times, and find the Hilton a pretty good hotel to stay in. The reason I mark it as "average" however is that I think that it is overpriced. The Rooms are nice, however TV channels not super if you are English speaking (Approx 4 or 5) and no movies on demand, no iron in room. I would expect these in a 5 star hotel. However, I found the rooms immaculately clean, which is important. The staff are very friendly and efficient, e.g. problems with Internet promptly fixed. Room service is average, and *some* of the restaraunts are hit and miss. However, I have had some good meals here too - but lacks consistency! It is a bit far out of town, but only a 5 min taxi from Mohammed V ave, and the medina. Gardens and pool lovely, clean. Gym dated. All up, good but at what price??

Despite a confirmed reservation for a room, which was guaranteed for late arrival by Credit Card, the reception has simply decided to cancel my booking to make a favor to someone else ( connections..). Upon my arrival, I was simply told that my reservation was not valid amd just cancelled. When I showed them the written confirmation , including guaranteed late arrival by Credit Card, I was told that "late arrival" would mean for them until 06.00 PM (!). The receptionist kept saying that it was not his fault, that the decision to cancel my booking was done by the preceeding receptionist, that the hotel was fully booked, and that I should go to another hotel. No Duty Manager was available. I have never experienced such a unprofessional management of any Hilton Hotel , supposed to be 5*. After waiting until 02.00 AM at the lobby, I decided to go to another hotel. I found myself at in the middle of the night in Rabat heading to a hotel I didnt choose. The worse experience at any Hilton hotel ever.. Just avoid this one, as it seems to be controlled and managed rather as "guesthouse" of whoever, rather then a normal commercialy functioning Hilton hotel. A written booking confirmation etc doesn have any value here..
