This was most definitely not a 4 star hotel. The bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The buffet was so poor on the first night that we paid to go out for dinner on the second night.

this hotel is one disaster. nothing works, no TV, no phones. hair dryer tubes are removed (as if somebody would steal them, really!).the dinig room is a tiny affair trying without success to accommodate various groups of hungry travellers. the hotel bar is a dark and somber place where you trip over your own feet. the staff is on the rude side. the rooms smell from cigarettes. i can simply state: don't go there. i wouldn't even stay there if they paid me.

I stayed in this hotel for one night, end of july 1998. It was noisy, with amazingly unfriendly staff. My wife got an intoxication the same night and had to bring her to CLINIQUE HASSAN. Fortunately not far away from there, but also fortunately enough that I discovered an isolated, cosy 3-star hotel SHEHRAZADE (now called Mercure, I think) where we moved for the rest of our stay.

We stayed at this hotel from 15 August 2006 for 2 nights and was probably the worst hotel stay we have ever had. The hotel was a terrible experience from the time we entered. The service is horrible, there was no hot water in the rooms, the mini-bar was empty, there was no breakfast (even though booked and paid for), no pool and no parking. This hotel should be a 2 star and not a 4 star. The only good thing was that it had a comfortable bed and was very well located.

Good 4 stars in the very center of Rabat near railroad station. Though the hotel is overpriced, service is okay. If booking, opt for BB only, as the dinner is poor

Despite being advertised as a four-star hotel, the hotel was nothing more than mediocre. The bathrooms smelled funny, and the furnishings were shabby. Expected more for the price.
