So many things happened so, let's start from begin: Arriving on the 31st (around 1 am) our reservation was not found. It took almost one hour to get the rooms (still without confirmation of booking). Was this a GTA Hotels responsibility or Hotel responsibility? After this, the cards to open the room were not working. They had to use "special equipment" to open the doors with the information we would have to go to the reception every time we need to open the doors again (funny, isn't it). Next day cards were working but they failed again on the 1st of January. Mattresses were really bad quality. So soft the everyone would roll to the middle of it and sleep in some kind of "depression". Result: back pain. The vault at both rooms was not working (battery failure). Mini-bar was empty. On the second day the ceiling over my friends bath tube become dark and water was dripping. After the 1st night we were told at the reception that they could give us new rooms after 4pm. When we arrived at 5pm they said it would be impossible. When we complaint, they just ignored us looking to the other side. Breakfast was very poor. The service terrible. Dishes and glasses were missing all the time. They started removing food and drinks without informing anyone. On the 1st of January there was a big queue to have a sit for breakfast. And the list could go on with other details like: - A little girl felt bad and puked on the main lobby. It took almost 30minutes to have the area cleaned up. On lady almost felt on the puke. - The restaurant employees passed more time talking each other than cleaning the table (I had to clean my table on the 1st of January so I could sit and have breakfast) Well .. all in all ... I can say this is, for sure, the worst 5* or 4* star hotel where I've been all my life. We were not the only ones having to complain. More than once we've heard people arguing (sometimes shouting) at reception in relation to hotel issues. And worst, mainly from a booking perspective, this hotel is advertised as a Sheraton, and this is not true. I don't believe this would ever happen in a Sheraton hotel. Sergio Sousa

For a 5 star hotel, the rooms need to be up graded and the facilites need a bit of a face lift. The enterence and lobby, looked great and the staff were nice, but the food and rooms pull the rating down.

I believe this hotel may once have been a very upmarket five star hotel, however, it is now a little tired! There was a language problem - English was not the preferred language therefore we found it somewhat difficult to make ourselves understood. Arr

I was expecting more from 5* hotel. hot buffet breakfast was really poor, no meat at all, could not remember where i signed up for vegetarianism:) a kind of mess at the pool - no towels. Of advantages: very quiet place, regardless children presence:) nice view of Atlas mountines, friendly personnel.
