Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Marrakesh If possible try to book to have a massage at the Riad Dar Mimouna - only wished we had booked for 1 hour instead of 30 minutes.

Authentic Moroccon Hideaway Best way to see ATLAS MOUNTAINS and MORROCON VILLAGES is by taxi they are very reasonable in price and you can do it at your leisure! also the drivers are local and booked through hotel you get a good deal and no hassle!!

Would go back to this Riad Go on the 24hr hop on - hop off bus ride. It helps to orientate you to the layout of Marrakech. There are two rides - one around old Marrakech and , in the afternoon, around new Marrakech. It does get very hot on the top deck of the bus so be sure to take a hat and water.

Riad Dar Mimouna A short walk from all the key sites and a great place to come back to to get away from the madness of the scooter filled streets. I particularly liked the sun terrace (complete with cat) as somewhere to take the weight of after a hard days haggling in the souks. Rooms were on the small side, and privacy could be an issue on a romantic getaway (all rooms open onto the central courtyard), but they were clean and comfortable enough. Shame there is no room for a plunge pool, would have been a welcome addition in the June heat. Recommended for travellers looking for a local feel with touches of craftsmanship at a reasonable price.

Fantastic Riad would go back tomorrow I would recommend you go to the Artisan Market at Bab Agnaou before you go to the Suq so that you get a better idea of prices and practice your haggling skills. Remember to haggle hards and pay roughly about 1/3 of the price. Walk away when you reach your final price as they know that that is your limit. Worked every time.

Excellent Riad This was an excellent Riad for it's price range. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very helpful and were happy to call taxis, make table reservations etc. The Riad is about a 15 minute walk away from Djemma El Fna. It's bang opposite a mosque so expect to be woken in the middle of the night by calls to prayer - something which we didn't learn to sleep through until the last evening!

A beautiful riad! My family and I stayed in this very charming riad with its friendly and courteous staff. We were very pleased with the overall standard and would definitely stay there again. The freshly squeezed organge juice for breakfast on the terrace was a treat. It was a good idea to pre-arrange with the riad for a taxi to pick us up from the airport as suggested by other guests.
