Quiet oasis in the middle of 11th century Medina. Lovely roof garden. Helpful staff.5 min walk from historic medrassa (religious school) and museum. Note, few hundred yards from car access so you have to find your ways down narrow alleyways....fine after a couple of days when you've got the hang of it. You really feel that you're in the thick of the old twn, but in a luxurious backwater. Would definitely stay again.

Hassan the cowoner was great at helping us out with everything we possibly needed. He went out of his way to accomodate us and was very friendly about it. Ryad Amira Victoria is beautiful and I would defenately recomend it to anyone wanting to spend a pleasant night in Marrakech right in the medina.

Authentic property as described. Rooms spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast lacks variety if staying more than one night. Hassan, the manager very friendly and helpful. Take up his offer of arranging airport taxis, it's very difficult to find.

Hassan and his staff were very solicitous and friendly. He was always available by phone to answer any questions and give recommendations re restaurants or modes of transportation. Two issues however did not sit well: 1)the night after we arrived for our four night stay we were asked to change rooms because another guest was coming in; and 2) when we checked out, Hassan claimed that Venere was charging him a 5% booking fee instead of the 4% printed on my agreement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad Amira Victoria. The staff were excellent. The Manager in particular was really very helpful. He planned our itinerary for the rest of our stay in Morrocco and sent out staff to rescue us when we were lost in the Medina! Most enjoyable.

Very friendly welcoming, clean and beautiful Riad at a good price. Very helpful in arranging trips - High Atlas, Essouira etc at good prices. The Riad is difficult to find and easy to get lost, but that is part of the Marrakech Medina experience! Not for the elderly or young children. The meals were fine (You have to order in advance and it would be good for new arrivals to pre book), home cooked and bountiful, breakfast was limited but fine, needs fruit and yoghourt. Altogether a great holiday over 8 days for my wife and myself and a great base for exploring the old city.

+ The manager (Hassan) was friendly, cheerful and helpful. We were welcomed and looked after well by him and his staff. During our stay we made a trip to the Ourika Valley and the foothills of the Atlas Mountains - well worth going. - Le riad est dans un

Location was very interesting as it was in the centre of the souks. Pick up and drop off at airport was on time and smooth. Owner does not live on site and is not always accessible although can be contacted by phone. The place to go if you want something different to the usual 'holiday Inn' experience.
