I stayed at this very comfortable and attractive small hotel before Christmas, with my teenage daughter. We both really enjoyed the facilities (including the hammam, jacuzzi and massage) and found the service to be excellent (if slow from the kitchen). The enclosed gardens are gorgeous and the beautiful, simple but well-maintained pool is set within them with sitting areas around. A roof top terrace offers fabulous views of the city skyline and the Atlas mountains in the distance. All the hotel spaces are lovely, and our room (standard) was very nice, well furnished and comfortable, and everything worked. Good location, inside the medina - we walked from there every day and looked forward to returning to our little oasis after a busy day in the souk! Not cheap, but go there if you can.

Would definately stay here again Do not order taxis through the riyad - they will cost twice or three times versus getting one off the street yourself. Make sure to bargin with the taxi driver as they are often inclined to over charge you if they can get away with it.

Overpriced and Overrated Overpriced for service and condition of property, which seems in decline. By far the least friendly staff of my 4 hotels in Morocco, one server continually scratched his groin while taking my dinner order. I got sick from the food here, my only meals in Marakech which ruined the end of my vacation.

A tranquil haven Walked in off the hot dusty streets of the city. Immediately greeted with friendliness and a drink of mint tea, resting on sofas beside a cool fountain, whilst we completed the forms and formalities. Our bags were taken to our room which was cool and comfortable with a large bed and luxurious bathroom. Excellent service throughout the stay, and very helpful. Frequently received complimentary drinks and nibbles in the evening. clean pool with fresh towels, good breakfasts, beautiful gardens. worth a visit - completley quiet, far from the hustle and bustle outside the walls -despite a short walk only into the cities main square.

Fantastic hotel in Marrakech Walk every where. It may be busy on the streets and tempting to jump in a taxi but you won't get to your destination much quicker and you miss out on so much by not walking.

Superb service. Always a smile. Always willing. Great Accommodation. Highly Recommended Visit the souks - if you're nervous about it then hire a guide (our hotel got one for 200MAD, approx 14 sterling pounds) but beware that they will drag you off to their friends stalls. We were taken to a carpet shop, a herbalist and a trinkets/jewellery shop even though we said that we were not interested.

A wonderful oasis in Marrakech My stay began with a lovely welcoming mint tea. The room was quite a good size, with every amenity you could possibly need. Outstanding service and quality, a wonderful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Marrakech. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay The hotel is delightful with a calm atmosphere and good service. The garden within the court yard really is a haven from the bustle and dirt of the casbah streets. The meals were fine but not particularly cheap. The pool is big enough to swim a few strokes.
