Prince Fabrizio Ruspoli loves beautiful things and has a passion for the Eastern World; He created and decorated the very beautiful Maison Arabe according to his style and to his personality. Previously a very famous restaurant, this large Riad became in 1998 on the first guest house of the city. Articulated around two flowered patios, the house is decorated with antiques, ancient paintings, carpets and precious fabrics which give the 17 rooms a very warm atmosphere. Series of intimate small lounges, contemporary art gallery, tadellakt walls, carved cedar ceilings... La Maison Arabe is a must in Marrakech.

After booking La Maison Arabe did not received confirmation as indicated. After repeated requests, cancelled booking and booked another riad. When returned from Morocco, La Maison Arabe had charged my credit card. Be sure when cancelling bookings to also notify your credit card company to avoid charges.

This charming little hotel (17 rooms) was absolutely wonderful in every respect - staff, food, service. The maid cleaned our room 3 times a day! The staff was so friendly and helpful, it was like staying at someone's home. And the food was out of this world - great moroccon menu. It's in the medina - a great, central location to all the sites and museums.
