Pleasant stay Despite the austere look of the hotel on the website and some dissappointing reviews, we were pleasantly surprised as the hotel was clean, efficient and provided good food and a welcome stay - not at all what we were led to believe. The spa facilities were great, as was the pool. Overall, no complaints!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my family; the place is very attractive from the outside but is a lot different from the inside (rooms). The lobby area in the reception is deceiving compared to the rooms. But was do able. Location was good right on the highway, easy to get a taxi and close to the airport and other attractions.

It was just amazing! From the time we arrived at the airport we felt very welcome. We got a taxi from the airport. I was a bit dubious as I had never done anything like that before! The taxi drivers were great. If you are traveliing with a baby expect everyone you meet to show you a picture of theirs! The hotel itself was just amazing. You are welcomed by the most spectacular foyer. They arrange fresh flowers in all public areas daily. The staff are great. it does help if you speak French however. The food was very good and if you can put up with the arrogance and total lack of any idea of what a queue is you will have a great stay.

Best Pool on the Street It's a good value for money, in terms of the surrounding hotels. Customer service is not great.

Pretty good value on Maroccan standards. Not quite European standard. Chamber maids did not provide a good enough setvice. Otherwise quite good. Traveler's tip Near to Conferrence Hall

Not impressed Impressive looking outer facade but thats all it was .... Very poor hotel in reality, corridors had a pungent sickly smell the staff simply did not care or try to understand our concerns. We arrived from Fez via train, the train was delayed by the time we checked in the Restaurant had 5 mins before closing, As we were Half board we requested the evening meal only to be met by frustrated waiters who were too busy clearing up to consider 4 travel weary and Hungry guests... After some explaining we were offered what can only be described as leftovers from the Buffet , Quiet unacceptable but we were starving so made do. Breakfast the next morning was an experience too... Nearly all the crockery and glasses seemed to be chipped, the Tea was undrinkable on each day we stayed there and the choice was minimal for a buffet. On the final day I had a query about my extortionate final bill the non english speaking staff did not hide their frustrations at my poor french, The one official looking english speaker was equally adept at poor manners. Lunches were expensive!!!! I would advise you eat out or check prices first. All in all a very poor experience If you want a cheap bed for the night stay here, avoid the food, avoid the hotel if you can !!!
