Asked for pool view room in two emails-ignored. Got better room after 3 days by bribing the reception clerk and manager! Great pool! Money talks in this hotel! We have never been in a hotel with more corrupt staff!! Dining room standards are low!

Service from beginning to end was superb, the hotel staff made me and partner feel very welcome and were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutly beautiful and was extremly clean and well kept. The pool is nice and the seating area around it is lovely. The food was nice and had plenty of choice at the buffet. The location of the hotel was perfect as it is on a quiet residential road but is not to far from the main town either.I would definetly recommend El Andalous and i myself am planning to stay there again on my next visit to marrakech.

This hotel was ok, I would stay there again. I found having to pay a 100 dirham deposit (per towel) at the pool a bit annoying though. Breakfast is a bit basic, no fruit. Deposit required to use the room hotel safe, not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.

Old style hotel...except the swiming pool, all facilities are old and not in line with what you can expect from a 4 stars. Breakfast room huge without any charm and food is definitely not the one you will remember in Marrakech !!! Will not come back again !

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the room and the scenic balcony. It was the best room of the lot on a tour of Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. I only wish we could have spent more time in the room! The food was also terrific.

The hotel was average and after my husband and I looked at the other hotels in the area we found Hotel El Andalous over priced. We also were charged for New Years Eve meals even though we were told it was optional and went up the road to La Villa Restuarant. Management knew we had not been to the meal but still charged us 3,000 dirham (?230) for nothing. We paid only after a long battle with them and obviously they could call the police and then we would have problems. It was sad that their customer service was dreadful and Mr Tazi a disgrace. There are better hotels just as close to the city centre go there instead.
