A very nice location inside the medina, but not in a touristic area, which was nice. The girls at the reception were a bit noisy though, and they charge a lot for the airport transfer and a simple phonecall. Rooms very beuatiful, service a bit careless: she forgot breakfasttime once and left us standing at the airport whn we didn't arrive within 30 minutes.

Pleasant welcome, staff friendly enough. Room was dark and chilly despite the air con unit... very poor lighting. Long and narrow room not so comfortable, barely warm enough. No seating to speak of. Would not go there again ...not such a nice room to return to after pounding the souks. Probably better in the spring or summer when the weather and rooms are warmer. I think the price £65 per night was rather high for what you get.
