Hotel rooms need renovation. Paint is chipping and furniture is falling apart. Hotel has a nice pool and nice beach. Beach area is very noisy all night long. Hotel staff are not very service oriented. I did not see a smiling face in reception area during my stay.

Good value in an excellent seafront position Public areas, rooms and bathrooms very good Good service and good bar food Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby Easy taxi ride to Medina and HassanII Mosque is a seafront walk away (about an hour) but very pleasant Keep asking directions to get to hotel as Casablanca does not have many roads signs

As soon as I got to the room I knew it was a very nice hotel. I had all the tv channels in had at home and more. The bathroom was cleaned.I enjoyed my holiday at Riad Salam.

This hotel is located on the Corniche, close to the restaurants and beaches, which is nice, but also right on a very busy street. In February, the hotel is fairly empty and the swimming pool is too cold to be used; laying chairs were not available for enjoying the sun. The spa was closed for renovation. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, but one notices small lacking details in the decoration work. Given the price discount with [your website], it was worth it.

The hotel has a great location and sea view. However, the bedsheets and towels are wear-out. Also, the staffs at the reception are unfriendly and they are unprofessional especially for 4 stars hotel.

No one should stay at this Hotel until the construction inside, outside and on the street is completed entirely.It seems that they will be doing work on parts of the hotel for many years and I am amazed that they are still taking reservations, as the noise (including jack hammers ) and the dust are constant. It is impossible to relax and staff is at minimum levels . The street in front of the Hotel is also completely torn up and may require many more months of work.
