Aceptable service, nothing to complain about cleanless, close to the city center, in spite of the road nearby room no noisy!! very good relation confort/price !! It was not the first time and won't be the last one! Bando Parma

Very Pleasant Stay For one night this hotel was very pleasant. The room was extremely nice and spacious. The bed was a little hard but my father enjoyed sleeping on the cot they left in the room. Said it was very comfortable.

The hotel staff are gnerally very rude to the customers. I have been thrown out from Atlantic Bar with my girlfriend just because neither of us wanted to drink something before the diner and we wanted to chat for about 15 minutes together before the diner and the bar was almost empty. The staff rudely showed us the lobby to sit and chat but the small lobby was full at that time. I called the manager who had a talk with the bar manager and only told us we cannot sit at the bar without having a drink. Apparenly they made the bar much bigger in size than the lobby because sitting in the lobby is free but at the bar is not. They wanted to make more money on the customers and in no way I will stay at this hotel and be humiliated again.

overall the hotel and its services were good but the food at the restuarant during breakfeast and dinner were not to the standard , even at nights the buffets had few items on the menu but the prices charged were very high . one day in the buffet there were fish , and chicken and the amount charged were 240 dirhams per person were very high , i think they should revise the food service and give more better quality service

Nice enough Everyone was friendly and the room was comfortable enough. Shame it didn't have a pool and it's not within walking distance to the beach - but cabs are easy to catch.
