Central and reliable base for your stay in Casablanca, but not special in itself.

Apparently Kenzi Basma means "Treasur and Smile" ... the staff wasn't the smilliest ! We had breakfast on the second floor to realize on the last day that the breakfast was on the first floor. The second floor is for people living in "pension" while the first floor is the main restaurant, with a much more elaborate breakfast. Thanks for the staff to let us know ... not ! Good location (next to the Hyatt and the medina), clean and quiet. For the medina, you can wait for Marrakech if you are hjeading there ... but just go in regular shop in Marrakech to verify how much things cost to have an idea in the souks where initial prices are much higher ... it will give you an idea how low you should start !

Central hotel for business needs in Casablanca. Nice hotel but just not suited for activities if lots of time to spare as no "leisure facilities"

Common areas not airconditioned and musty; no air circulation. Hotel very sorely in need of renovation. At best a 1-star hotel. Poor English communication abilty. Free wireless internet did not work most of the time.

I like that the room and bath room are larger than other downtown hotel, even though it is a bit worn by time. They serve breakfast as early as 6.30AM. Which is good for us because we need to catch an early flight.

Very Impressive, from the view upon approach, to the friendly attentive staff. This hotel would easily recieve 10 smileys from me if the scale went that far. Every staff member I encountered made me feel welcome. The room was beautiful and...
