I was absolutely shocked at the treatment I received at this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone. The sheets were dirty when I checked into my room and after multiple calls to the front desk, and 4 hours later, someone finally showed up and refused to change the sheets. Two more phone calls and one more hour finally got clean sheets. At 11pm. Absolutely unsatisfactory.

I've been there twice in business trips and thanks God I did not have to stay for a long time at the hotel, except for the nice location, everything else was less than average except for the price which was HIGH.

The service was not as I would expect from a class hotel. The internet connection was not working and the staff didn't show up to to get it fix even after I made multiple calls.

What a mistake. For over $200 a night, you get no customer service. They overcharged us and gave us nothing but grief in getting the overpayment re-adjusted. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. And you'd think for that price you'd get transportation from the airport? Nope - they can arrange a car that ends up costing nearly twice what it would cost to grab a cab at the airport curb. We went to dinner one evening at the Sheraton and it seemed FAR better. The front desk staff was nice, even though we weren't guests of the hotel, and the place just looked better. The Sheraton is in roughly the same area, so if you have a choice, that seems like a better one.
