For our last night before flying home, we were looking for a downtown Casablanca hotel in order to see a few more sights. This place, for the cost, was completely not a good fit for us. The bathroom was moldy (especially the shower curtain), the bed was barely adequate, and the staff was awful. One notable exception was the bellhop, whose eagerness & ability to assist us made him far different from his colleagues. The location, on a main street, should have worked better than it did. There was approximately a 20 minute walk to the Grand Mosque and no good restaurant choices between the hotel and there. Our reservation was not easily found when we arrived. (It took a manager's intervention for it to be located!) For an 11th floor room facing the street, it was very noisy. There was no in-room safe or second security lock. It was somehow rated four stars, and we paid approximately $150. Any more than two stars is a stretch of anyone's imagination. We had stayed in a nicer place for a third of the price our first night. Don't bother staying at the Rivoli.

Was there a week and a half ago for a night. Staying there for a night, the hotel is not bad. The front desk staff seemed indifferent when I presented myself to claim my reservation. They even kept our passports for a while :S Aside them, the rest of the staff was nice and friendly. Our room was simple and somewhat tired but we got a room in the back of the hotel with a nice view of the Hassan II mosque, which was good. Beware of the breakfast though as my wife and I found hair twice in the food (ewww) The location is good yet a far walk from the Hassan II mosque but easy to get there as it's straight down a road. A few good restaurants nearby (including Pizza Hut which is across the street) Overall, a decent stay for a night

The room we stayed in was good sized, however it faced the street and was incredibly noisy, even with the windows closed, until after 2am. The beds were saggy, and given that when I turned down the bed on our first night (and only night) I spotted 2 hairs I couldn't be sure I was sleeping in fresh sheets.

Our last night was spent here. The entrance looks very promising, the lounge and rooms too. It is a western hotel, but again here too the bathroom was in need of renovation. Although there was soap, there was not even shampoo. The rooms at the streetside had a lot of noise, this added to the noise from the disco.
