everything was quite good, except my daughter had to pay cash for the mini bar. I shouldve paid that or my credit card shouldve been used as she was traveling on more in marrakesh and needed the cash. Also finding internet which we later foundon our own. Small things like that. Itherwise all good.

We used this hotel twice in 2006. It offers terrific value and a great location in Casa Blanca's business district. Guest rooms are spacious with comfortable European-style furnishings. Bathrooms luxurious. Customer service is outstanding, accommodating special requests and unexpected travel difficulties. For business or personal travel, it's simply terrific.

On our way to Oualidia from Venice, we had to spend a night in Casablanca and based on the few reviews I could find on tripadvisor, my friends and I booked into this hotel. The hotel would probably be quite nice, if it was for the damp. Being on the coast and subject to the mist that comes in, our bedrooms were extremely damp. The bed covers weren't clean though the room was big and the smell, we think from the air-con was awful. Very basic amenities and breakfast was a choice of cornflakes, or old croissants. The staff are quite nice and helpful and that's the main reason the hotel got 3 stars. I can't comment on it's location though it seemed fairly central. As you pass the Hyatt and other big luxury hotels on the way in from the airport, you will wonder why you booked this place. However for a 1 night stay the price makes up for it. At £70 including breakfast, it's good enough. Like most people I'm sure, I had some pre-conceptions on what Casablanca would be like and my advice to others would be to discard them all. Casablanca reminds me a bit of Slough. It's the economic centre of Morocco, the cafes and bars are full of men and men only and I didn't feel particularly at ease walking to the car rental place. It's a world apart from other areas of Morocco.

The hotel staff speaks English, is helpful, friendly, and the rooms were spectacular. There is no need to stay in the higher priced Hyatt or Hilton which are both only blocks away. These rooms are very comparable and if you want the snobby Hyatt experience just walk there. If you look the part, they will let you in the front door for drinks, parties and more... Les Saisons is the best bang for the buck in Casa!

Les Saisons was recommended to me by a business colleague, and I was not disappointed. The hotel lobby appearance is basic, but the service from the staff is five star. My large room was well appointed and very clean. The food is French influenced, and the two meals I had during my stay were superb. Extra bonus, the restaurant menu is available for room service. Breakfast buffet with fresh pastries, rolls, 'real' orange juice and good coffee. Great hotel for women traveling alone, as the staff are friendly and professional (unusual for Morocco).

I have stayed here a few times on business. The rooms are very good and well apointed. Breakfast is generally poor and there are hardly any facilities outside your room. Front desk are very helpful and friendly. Having stayed elsewhere this is above average for Casablanca. Good for couples and is in a great location - very central.
