Good location, swimming pool...but I would not suggest it for a long stay.

The air conditioning did not work and it is very noisy on the weekend as they have a lot of clubs around that go to about 4 a.m. It is in a busy area, but is on the water and is very nice along there if you can see past the resorts.

the problem is the beach club opposite - very noisy until 3am. The hotel was really nice - great sea views, nice calm pool, friendly staff, good room for the money, just that the club opposite meant we couldnt sleep! on the way back from marrakech we stayed at hotel suisse just up the road - a bit more expensive but quiet!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as part of a tour group. We had a double room on an upper floor and the views of the beach were fantastic. The hotel is just across the road from the beach in the middle of an entertainment area, lots of reataurants and bars within a few hundred meters, even a mcdonalds. The rooms were large, fairly well appointed and kept very clean. My wife the cleaning fanatic even approved of the bathrooms, compare with the bathrooms we had later in the tour this was very good. Staff were friendly and as helpful as possible considering only 2 spoke english, but we got by. The only low point was having dinner in the retaurant the first night, we should have gone out but were too tired. The menu looked good, but almost everything on it was not available that night. There was a selection of 3 different chicken dishes, we noticed everyone in the restaurant had chicken one way or the other, when it came it was actually well cooked and quite tasty. Breakfasts however were quite nice, typical Moroccan, bread, fruit, boiled eggs and drinks. Overall it was quite a nice pleasent place to stay. Cheap, clean and in a good position, we would use it again if we return to casablanca.
