I liked the location. I could walk around and restaurants and shopping was right there. It was very convenient to the Medina and the train station.

Feb 2005. Pretty good I thought. Says 4 stars but hard that by European or US standards. I paid 720 Dh per night. Clean, friendly staff with reasonable English. Close to Medina and good restaurants. Taxis 100 yards.

The hotel is clean and have very friendly staff. It is in a great location. You can walk from the Casa Port train station to the hotel. It is close to the United Nations Place. You can walk to the Medina and the markets, you can walk to restaurants, stores, etc. Also, it is close to the Hassan Mosque (a must see in Casablanca).

I arrived in the evening and despite the "disinfected for you" sign on the toilet, it was dirty. I complained and got transfered to another room, where again there was the disinfection band: this time the toilet was not even flushed! I complained again and it was the poor porter coming with cleaning equipment as the cleaning people were not around. Also I paid something like 80 euro for a single occupancy room, which is definitely overpriced given the state of the hotel. On top of it, breakfast is not included (9 euro extra) and I was not notified. I was very disappointed and won't go back.

Not advised for family stay. Being used of Best Western's quality in US, we chose this hotel in Casablanca (Morocco) following an advertisement read in an international magazine. The hotel proudly bears 4 stars, but merely deserve 3. We were surprised by the young underage girls wandering in the hallways during the night, for two consecutive nights. They were locals wearing explict clothings. When we complained about the noise during the night, the manager in charge seemed not interested at all disturbing the "business" of those young "clients".

Having stayed in a Best Western Hotel before you expect a certain standard. This hotel is in need of modernisation! and thats exactly what was going on when we got there! The room decor was 1970's, the hotel in general should be closed until it has completed modernisation. Staff were very helpful though. Im sure it will be a decent hotel, but not right now. If you go to Casablanca i recommend you stay in Hotel Ibis..they have new rooms, new building, cheap prices!

This is a supossed 4* hotel, placed just in front of the Royal Mansur Hotel in Casablanca. It will be a *** hotel in Spain. I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel it is a little old, but it is not on bad condition. The room has a normal size, It has doble window, so there is not noise from the street. There is a good TV, with the usual international channels. The bathroom it is a little old, but is size was acceptable and it was enough clean for me. The beds are not in perfect condition, the mattress it is a little old, but I have slept in worse beds. The service was helpful, and the breakfast was not buffet, but it had a good variety of croisant, natural orange juice and cafe. Under the hotel there is a night club with spectable, but we had no problems with it. There is no problem of undressed girls walking on the hotel... In shot, it is not as good hotel as the royal mansur, but for the price it is a acceptable option. I would prefer the upper floors on the hotel, because it is located near a street with a lot of traffic.
