The owners have over rated this place with a 4-star. This is a dirty hotel, very old and with broken glass at the main entrance door.

This hotel will be renovated in this year. But now you must avoid it because this hotel is not maintained any more. For that it has lost one star recently.

The only thing going for this hotel is the location. The rooms are revolting, dirty, unclean and old. Filthy bedding, stains and mould in the bathrooms. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of better hotels in this area to choose from.

This hotel is dreadful, the rooms are dirty, the air conditioning and televisions did not work, and despite what it says on the hotels website it does not have a restaurant or a swimming pool. The staff were sullen and when settling my extas bill were insistent that they do not take credit cards and tried to bully me intogoing to a cashpoint. Avoid this hotel at all costs, however if you come across a restaurant of the same name in Casablanca enjoy a meal there it is wonderful

This booking was a mistake! Internet photos & description are not a good representation of the hotel and need updating. We booked a double room and were shown to a twin room. They moved us to a double after we asked, but, after we had unpacked, we then found the air conditioning didnt work! Offered another room again but only with twin beds. Rooms are dirty, peeling paint, very old and lumpy beds, stained toilet and bath. Only good thing was location and a good hot shower at the end of a day; Would not recommend it.

Booked this hotel to stay during the day while visiting Casablanca for a day at the end of our wonderful Morocco trip. First of all, I booked this through Expedia but when I arrived there in the morning, they said they didn't have a reservation under my name. They refused to do anything about it and just went on with their business and completely ignored us. After we started to make a fuss and placed an international call to Expedia, they started to even double check everything. It turns out, they received a confirmation from Expedia but just decided not to book the room. Only after we told them that we will be checking out on the same day sinc e we had a very late flight, they gave us a room. Furthermore, they had the audacity to ask to us to m ake sure we leave by a certain time! The room was very big, but moldy and dirty. The TV didnt even work. This may have been a four star ten years ago, but it certainly is one of the worst hotels I've been to. I recommend paying the extra 40-50 dollars and stay at the Hilton nearby. That hotel is very nice. Otherwise, I am sure you can find a nicer 2-3 stars. I am so glad I didn't have to stay a night there. Lastly, there really isnt much to see in casablanca. A day or two is sufficient. Suggest going to other cities like Marrakech or definitely take a trip out to the Desert.
